Throughout the construction phase we are accelerated by our principal aim, complete the project on time and in budget, to the client’s satisfaction. Eugene deals directly with the client and gives prompt attention to all questions and concerns throughout the projects duration. If any complications arise during construction, we “calmly assess the situation and provide valuable guidance in a fair and effective manner”, in the words of a previous client.  We always try to foresee potential obstacles/barriers before they arise and combat them in a way which mitigates impact to the schedule and our client’s budget.
